- You should be a creature of habit, and that habit should be getting enough sleep in the night. You should factor in at least 7-8 hours because you body certainly needs that much sleep to regenerate and to rest because of all of the stress of the day.
- You should make sure that you get up and move, every single day. That means you should exercise. Exercising means that your body is getting the workout that will actually help it a lot. At least an hour a day would be perfect for you.
- Make sure that you get regular check-ups because you never know what could be lurking, health-wise. You should get checked for the most prevalent and significant diseases on the planet and also get a regular check-up here and there.
- Eat more, not fats and meat, but green vegetables and fruits. Eating your vegetables will always make sure that you stay healthy and even get healthier.
- You should connect with nature. Go on hikes and get some wind in your hair.
- Drink plenty of water, daily.
